Density Field Dynamics v4.0 — Release Package (July 4, 2026)

Two companion documents plus all LaTeX sources and figures
needed to rebuild them.

DOCUMENT 1 (main paper) — main.tex  (DFD_Main.tex is a pointer stub; compile main.tex)
   Title : "Density Field Dynamics: A Complete Unified Theory"
   341 pages.
   The clean, final theory: axioms, theorems with full proofs,
   derived predictions, falsifiers, a short revision ledger, and
   the core technical appendices (A-AG, AN, AO, AP, plus the
   integrated AQ executed lattice-QCD validation, AR Yang-Mills
   infrared-gap theorem, and AS lattice provenance). Self-contained.
   The appendix_AH1a-AH3b source files in this package belong to
   DOCUMENT 2 below and are intentionally NOT compiled into
   Document 1.

DOCUMENT 2 (technical supplement) — DFD_Extended_Derivations.tex
   Title : "Density Field Dynamics v4.0: Extended Derivations and
            Frontier Predictions"
   75 pages.
   The extended-derivation companion: full proofs, multi-route
   derivations, frontier particle/astrophysical/cosmological
   predictions, and high-precision numerical results that support
   the theory but are too lengthy for the main text (appendices
   AH1a-AH3b). The wave-by-wave development record is deliberately
   omitted; the main paper's revision ledger is authoritative.

COMPILE ORDER (the supplement cross-references the main paper):

   1. latexmk -pdf main.tex
   2. latexmk -pdf DFD_Extended_Derivations.tex

   The companion volume resolves "Theorem T-n" and "Appendix A-AS"
   references into the main paper via a label snapshot baked into its
   own preamble; it is fully self-contained and builds independently,
   in any order, with no auxiliary files required.

Engine: pdfLaTeX + revtex4-2. Bibliography: DFD_references.bib.
Figures: figures/ (used by the main paper; the companion volume
   has no figures).
Scripts: scripts/ — standalone verification scripts (12 files):
   the v3.3 verification set (Yukawa operator and mass-dictionary
   checks, NuFIT chi-square evaluation, P(k) pipeline, A5
   class-state matrix, bin-overlap lemma, strong-CP Pauli checks),
   which reproduces the leading-order mass table and
   neutrino-sector statistics, plus four v4.0.1 additions:
   full_QCD_running_MP_to_1GeV.py and
   QCD_running_independent_check.py (the QCD running pipeline
   cited by the Extended Derivations T46 closure),
   compute_all_masses.py (mass-table recomputation), and
   uvcs_perm.py (the UVCS label-shuffle permutation test of
   Sec. XIV; requires pandas and the archival UVCS summary CSV
   documented in its header).
   Dependencies: Python 3; numpy for most scripts; pandas only
   for uvcs_perm.py; matplotlib optional (plots).

NOTE: this integrated package bundles the compiled PDFs of BOTH
documents (DFD_Main.pdf and DFD_Extended_Derivations.pdf) and the supplement/
reproducibility archive for Appendix AQ (lattice code, run
outputs, data, logs). v4.0.1 editorial pass: corrected
fermion-mass summary statistics to the table-derived 1.42%
leading-order value; reconciled T59 to T63; added the
quantum-framework background-input ledger row and open-program
items; harmonized the appendix-W T^3 protocol to the Sec.
matter-wave derivation; added verification notes (glueball
normalization/scheme; kSZ growth-regime). All changes independently
verified before application; pristine pre-fix
sources preserved separately.
